The Nanotechnology Laboratory (LabNano) is a multi-user set up to consolidate and develop nanotechnology in Brazil's Southern Electronic Microscopy Center (CEME-SUL/FURG).  LabNano intends to prepare nanoformulations targetting the characterization and evaluation of newly developed nanomaterials. 

A team of high-calibre professionals offer tailored services, including workflow assistance in the production, quality control and evaluation (pharmacological/toxicological) of nanomaterials. Target application sectors include pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and agribusiness.
